How It Works
We aim to make the referral process straightforward and responsive. Here’s what to expect when you reach out to us.
Who Can Make a Referral?
Information Sharing
You'll share relevant background information and documentation about the young person. All information is handled with full confidentiality and in line with data protection legislation.
Assessment & Matching
We conduct a thorough assessment to determine whether we are the right match for the young person's needs, existing placements, and our therapeutic model.
Placement Planning
If we confirm a match, we work with you to plan a thoughtful, well-supported move that minimises disruption and anxiety for the young person.
Ongoing Partnership
After placement, we maintain open, regular communication with all professionals involved in the young person's care — ensuring a truly collaborative approach.
